If the repair is an emergency and we cannot contact you, we will proceed with the minimum amount of work required to prevent endangering the property or the tenants. Carter Sampson Lettings offers experienced property management with timely updates. We handle Gas Safety Certificates and other inspections for you, deducted from your rent. Before your tenancy ends, we review and offer renewal paperwork for a fee. We quickly market your property if tenants vacate, and pride ourselves on dependable service.
We conduct a final inspection of the property on the scheduled date of your tenants' departure or shortly thereafter. During this inspection, we compare the current condition of the property and landlord's goods with the original inventory to ensure that there has been no undue damage caused to the premises (except for fair wear and tear). If we do happen to discover any damage caused by your tenants, we will promptly notify you and deduct the appropriate amount from the tenant's deposit before it is returned. Our commitment is to protect your investment and ensure that your property is returned in the same condition as when it was leased.
